Hello Donegal Youth Soccer Members and Families,
The Fall 2013 fundraiser will be R & K Subs with a twist. The Spring fundraiser was a big success and the feedback that I received was very positive regarding how easy the subs are to sell, as well as their affordability. The Fall fundraiser will be slightly different in that we will add frozen pizzas and breakfast sandwiches to the options for selling, to give people more of a variety. The Fall fundraiser will begin with registration, and forms can be downloaded at donegalyouthsoccer.com, or picked up at registration for those who are unable to retrieve them from the website. The costs for the subs are $5.50, pretzel sandwiches are $4.50, and frozen items are $15.00. Each team should have a parent representative to collect the orders and money so that they can be turned in by one person to make it easier on everyone. Money and orders must be turned in on or before August 30, 2013. I will be at the pavilion at Fuhrman park at 5pm on August 30th to collect orders. Other opportunities for collection will be announced closer to the due date. The items can be picked up for delivery on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 from 5pm to 7pm, at the pavilion at Fuhrman Park in Maytown. Each player is asked to sell 15 or more items or pay the buyout fee. Any player or family who is unable to participate in the fundraiser or meet the minimum requirement may decide to opt out of participation by paying a $25 fee in lieu of selling. We will be doing our sale mainly before school starts so that should avoid the competition from other groups and make the 15 item minimum even easier to attain.
