Fundraiser

Fall 2014 Player Fundraiser

Hello Donegal Youth Soccer Members and Families,

The Fall season is quickly approaching and that means that our R&K fundraiser is about to start. This is the major fundraiser for DYS each season. Each family is required to sell at least 15 items or pay the buy-out ($25/family). There are many options from R & K including subs ($5.50/each), pretzel sandwiches ($5/each), and frozen items (varied cost).

Important dates/information to remember:

Orders and payment are due by Saturday, September 13th. You may turn them into your team parent/coach or bring them to the Furhman Park pavilion on September 13th from 9a-10:30a. Checks should be made out to Donegal Youth Soccer.

Pick-up will be Thursday, September 25th from 4:30p-6p. Please ensure that you are available for pick-up or arrange for another parent to pick-up your order. The organization does not have space to store/refrigerate orders that are not picked up.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Historically, this is a very successful fundraiser for DYS. After all, we all need a quick dinner as we are running kids to soccer practice!

Pick Up Date:  Thursday, September 25th from 4:30p-6p  

Pick Up Location: Fuhrman Park Pavilion

Reminder:  Each family must either sell 15 items or pay the $25 opt out fee.
