Spring 2014 Player Fundraiser
Hello Donegal Youth Soccer Members and Families,
The Spring 2014 fundraiser will again be R & K Subs because of the success of past fundraisers. The fundraiser will begin with registration, and forms can be downloaded at donegalyouthsoccer.com, or picked up at registration for those who are unable to retrieve them from the website. The costs for the subs are $5.50, pretzel sandwiches are $5.00, and frozen items are $15.00. Each team should have a parent representative to collect the orders and money so that they can be turned in by one person to make it easier on everyone. Money and orders must be turned in on or before April 26, 2014. I will be at the pavilion at Fuhrman park at 10am on April 26th to collect orders. Other opportunities for collection will be announced closer to the due date. The items can be picked up for delivery on Tuesday, May 6th from 430 pm to 630 pm, at the pavilion at Fuhrman Park in Maytown. Each player is asked to sell 15 or more items or pay the buyout fee. Any family who is unable to participate in the fundraiser or meet the minimum requirement may decide to opt out of participation by paying a $25 fee in lieu of selling. Thanks to everyone for your participation and we hope to have another very successful fundraiser.
As the time of the sale gets closer, please watch your email for reminders of due dates and pickup times, as well as for additional fundraisers such as DYS night at local establishments, a DYS stand at Marietta Day, and a Giant Gift card fundraiser as well.
